چکیده
Genotype main effect and genotype by environment interaction biplot analysis is the best fit model for which-won-where pattern analysis, genotype, test evaluation. Hence, aim of this study was to identify stable high-yielding soybean genotypes production in diverse environments using stability model. Eighteen were evaluated across six during 2019 cropping season a randomized complete block design with four replications. Among genotypes, Tiro-afeta gave highest yield (3.71 t ha -1); while Humera lowest (1.37 ha-1), JM-HAR/PR142-15-SB mean grain 2.9 -1 locations. Based on information generated from GGE biplot, Tiro Afeta Areka identified as ideal environments, whereas PR-143-(14), JM-HAR/G99-15-SD-2 genotype. The ‘which won where’ revealed that grouped into three different mega-environments winning genotypes. testing Areka, Sirinka one mega environment; afeta second Jimma Hawasa classified third JM-HAR/PR142-15-SB, PR-143-(14) KS4895 each environment, respectively. used study, JM-HAR/G99-15-SD-2, JM-HAR/PR142-15SB, high yielder these recommended variety verification release after additional evaluation more seasons. Moreover, the r...
متن کاملEvaluation of Seed Yield Stability of Chickpea Genotypes Using GGE Biplot Method
In this study, 14 advanced chickpea genotypes selected from regional experiments with Adel and Azad, as control cultivars, were cultivated in a randomized complete block design with three replications in eight environments (Gonbad, Gachsaran, Ilam and Khorramabad in three, two, two and one years, respectively) in Iran during 2017-2020 growing seasons. Combined analysis of variance showed that e...
متن کاملDomestic processing effects on physicochemical, nutritional and anti-nutritional attributes in soybean (Glycine max L. Merill)
Effects of soaking and cooking methods on physicochemical characteristics, nutrients and antinutrients in twenty soybean genotypes were studied. Batches of seeds were soaked for 18 h in distilled water, 1% citric acid and 2% sodium bicarbonate solutions at room temperature and then boiled in water. Raw soybean genotypes exhibited 36.5-43.2% protein, 20.7-22.2% oil, 2.58.3% total soluble sugars,...
